Role Description The Civil Engineer / Pre-Construction Coordinator is responsible for supporting the estimating and pre-construction side of the residential building business. This is a remote, outcomes-focused role suited to someone who can read plans confidently, spot what is missing, and bring strong attention to detail to every project. Training will be provided, so we are looking for someone sharp, trainable, and genuinely interested in residential construction. Key Responsibilities: - Estimating & Take-Offs: - Run take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings. - Assist with tender estimates and project budgets. - Review subcontractor and supplier quotes. - Maintain estimating systems and project documentation. - Pre-Construction Coordination & Review: - Review specifications, selections, and variations. - Identify missing scope items and potential risks. - Support pre-construction coordination across projects. Qualifications - Minimum 3-5+ years of relevant experience. This is most important. - Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying. - Strong understanding of residential construction. - Ability to read architectural and structural drawings confidently. - Strong Excel skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Clear, professional English communication. Requirements - Experience with Australian residential construction (preferably WA). - Experience in estimating custom homes. - Experience with Buildertrend, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, CostX, or similar estimating software. Role Description The Campaign Execution Specialist is responsible for creating, deploying and managing the effective use of Bluebeam’s marketing automation tools.
