Summary The Finance Supervisor oversees day-to-day finance operations and provides hands-on leadership to support accurate financial reporting, operational efficiency, internal controls, and compliance activities within a fast-paced healthcare and business operations environment. This role partners closely with operational leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely financial processes, reporting accuracy, audit readiness, and effective decision-making support. Your role in our mission - Supervise daily finance and accounting operations including accounts receivable, cash receipts, reconciliations, reporting activities, and transaction accuracy. - Prepare, review, and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports while analyzing trends, variances, and operational performance metrics. - Maintain internal controls, support internal and external audits, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and assist with discrepancy resolution activities. - Partner with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, operational insights, reporting support, and process improvement recommendations. - Lead, coach, mentor, and support finance team members by assigning work, monitoring priorities, facilitating meetings, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables and action items. What we're looking for - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. - Prior supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience within finance, accounting, healthcare finance, or business operations environments. - Experience supporting accounts receivable, reconciliations, audit activities, financial reporting, internal controls, or operational finance processes. - Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills with the ability to work in deadline-driven environments. - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience utilizing financial systems, reporting tools, dashboards, or operational business software.
