Junior Financial Analyst – Accounts Payable

• Receive, check and organize financial documents for payment. • Register invoices, payment slips and financial commitments in the company systems. • Schedule payments according to the financial calendar. • Monitor due dates and ensure payments are made within established deadlines. • Organize payment receipts and related documentation. • Keep the supplier/vendor records up to date. • Verify bank details and required documentation for payments. • Serve as the point of contact for questions related to payments and financial outstanding items. • Review bank statements. • Perform periodic financial reconciliations. • Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving financial inconsistencies. • Support expense classification by cost center. • Assist in preparing and updating the company budget. • Contribute to monitoring forecast vs. actual results. • Identify variances and report relevant information to administrative coordination. • Support the preparation of periodic financial reports. • Update indicators related to expenses, cash flow and budget. • Organize information to support management analysis and decision-making. • Create and update manuals, workflows and checklists for the finance area. • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes. • Work together with Accounts Receivable, HR, Payroll and the administrative management team to ensure the company’s financial organization. • Provide financial information as needed to support leadership decisions.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or financial routines.
- Knowledge of entering and verifying invoices, scheduling payments and financial reconciliation.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to deadlines and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks.
- Good communication and a collaborative mindset for interacting with suppliers, managers and other company departments.
- Analytical ability to identify inconsistencies, discrepancies and process improvement opportunities in financial workflows.
- Experience working remotely and fluent use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, etc.).
- Experience managing multiple legal entities (multiple CNPJs).
- Experience with monthly financial closing processes.
- Knowledge of cash flow and financial projections.
- Experience reviewing and controlling supplier contracts.
- Experience in the service sector.
- Experience preparing manuals, procedures or process documentation.
- Knowledge of financial indicators and management controls.
- Experience liaising with accounting firms, financial BPOs or auditors.
