• Emissão, conferência e envio de boletos bancários; • Controle e acompanhamento de recebimentos; • Conciliação entre recebimentos bancários e controles internos; • Baixa e conferência de pagamentos recebidos; • Cobrança de clientes inadimplentes; • Geração e acompanhamento de links de pagamento para cauções e cobranças adicionais. • Realizar conciliações bancárias diárias; • Atualizar planilhas e controles financeiros; • Elaborar e acompanhar o fluxo de caixa realizado e projetado; • Revisar entradas e saídas previstas; • Conferir movimentações financeiras da empresa; • Analisar estrategicamente o fluxo de caixa e apresentar recomendações à diretoria. • Controlar e executar pagamentos nacionais e internacionais; • Processar remessas internacionais; • Garantir pagamentos dentro dos prazos estabelecidos; • Realizar o processamento operacional da folha de pagamento; • Gerar boletos e pagamentos recorrentes. • Executar o fechamento mensal do caixa; • Organizar a documentação para o escritório de contabilidade; • Enviar extratos, relatórios e demonstrativos financeiros; • Calcular comissões da equipe comercial e de reservas; • Apurar resultados mensais e gerar análises gerenciais; • Produzir recomendações financeiras para os sócios. • Atuar junto aos clientes em processos de cobrança, pagamentos e suporte financeiro; • Interagir com equipes internas de reservas, operação e diretoria; • Apoiar a organização financeira das operações nacionais e internacionais; • Gerenciar o relacionamento com bancos e fornecedores financeiros.
