Solenis
• managing and developing strategic customer relationships across the Busselton and Bunbury regions. • delivering exceptional account management for Solenis' alumina customers by implementing structured and professional account management practices. • driving organic business growth through the introduction of additional applications, products, and equipment solutions, • continuously identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and value creation within existing customer accounts. • Conduct regular customer reviews • Monthly reporting (or as specified) • Manage pricing and budgets • Initiate and conduct return on investment (ROI) projects • Implement customer management & service plan • Day to day management of support engineers/service technicians and contractors including carrying out performance reviews and managing any performance issues • Chemical usage monitoring • Alumina Process knowledge • Dosing equipment adjustments, mechanical repairs • Routine Service Duties as required
Job Requirements

- Results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to priorities and manage workload with minimal supervision.

- Current driver's license.
- Experience with boilers and/or cooling towers preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Previous experience in sales, service, or account management is advantageous.
- Degree in Chemistry, Science, Engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the alumina processing and chemical industry.
- Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Busselton or Bunbury.

Role Description The primary responsibility of the Key Account Coordinator is to support the service needs of Lansing customers who have purchased products through a Lansing Building Products location. - Responsible for catering to the ordering needs of specified key account customers. - Generate quotes on demand. - Enter all orders into the appropriate operating systems. - Coordinate delivery of materials with appropriate Lansing Branch. - Research and respond to all order discrepancies and customer complaints. - Communicate with vendors on supply issues, ensure timely delivery of materials. - Primary point of contact for all Key Account customer matters for internal departments. - Work directly with customer account contacts on all account related matters. - Be accessible to customers by phone and email. - Attend and contribute to regularly scheduled and as needed meetings related to the customer’s account. - Work in conjunction with Regional Managers, Branch Management, and other Lansing associates on efforts related to the management and ordering needs of specified key account, and to resolve any customer complaints. - Create and/or maintain customer facing order tracking system. - Maintain accurate records & files in appropriate applications. - Enter Service issues into appropriate vendor systems e.g. Quick Base. - Report on status of service and warranty issues as needed, source existing reports from vendors when available. - Present sales leads when appropriate to Branch Sales Staff for follow up. - Assist with strategic planning and achievement of sales goals. - Review existing pricing within operating system to ensure accuracy.
