Role Description - Create, execute, and operationalize instructor-led training (virtual and in-person) for customers and partners - Design, build, and operationalize program capabilities, frameworks, and metrics - Harmonize cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure ongoing alignment with programs - Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging learning activities and compelling curriculum to enhance retention and drive customer outcomes - Maintain and update training materials in response to product updates and changes - Develop advanced instructor-led training materials - Recommend improvements to Workato's education services - Stay up to date with industry tools and technologies to improve the virtual and in-person training experience - Work with cross-functional teams to deliver a comprehensive suite of instructor-led events targeting different customer personas and skill levels - Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate various personas - Assess student practical exercises - Track and analyze KPIs such as surveys, Instructor Utilization, registration-to-participation rates, passed exams, and testimonials - Full-time telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S. - Travel throughout the U.S. every few months for 1–5 days at a time Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field - 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or as a Solutions Consultant, Automation Consultant, or related occupation Requirements - Experience communicating with Technical and Business stakeholders - Experience working in an iPaaS/SaaS organization - Experience documenting business processes and applying technology to optimize and automate these processes - Understanding of operating models, SDLC, security, and governance in large enterprises - Knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, EBusiness Suite, and Databases - Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Benefits - Vibrant and dynamic work environment - Multitude of benefits for employees to enjoy inside and outside of their work lives Salary $133,266.00-175,000.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
