Role Description This role exists to build the organic channel from the ground up and turn it into a compounding pipeline asset. - Own the full roadmap: keyword architecture, AEO content structure, and technical SEO requirements. - Work directly with our Webmaster (implementation) and Content Manager (executes your briefs). - Monitor organic traffic, keyword movement, and conversion data daily. - Build and own a clear, documented path from current organic performance to consistent, qualified pipeline. - Be the internal expert on Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). Qualifications - 5+ years in an in-house or hybrid SEO role at a B2B SaaS, industrial tech, or manufacturing-adjacent company. - Demonstrated obsession with performance data. - Proven record of connecting search performance to pipeline. - Deep technical SEO fluency. - Documented keyword research results expressed in business terms. - Familiarity with AEO / GEO. - Strong analytical skills. Requirements - Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or IIoT markets. - Experience briefing and managing content writers to SEO standards. - Familiarity with HubSpot CMS, Salesforce, and multi-touch attribution models. - Experience building search from scratch in a market-creation or category-definition phase. Role Description The Regional EHS Manager serves as an EHS Business Partner to our Northeast & Southeast regions in the US and is responsible for driving a culture of safety, compliance, and environmental stewardship across multiple locations within the regions. This role provides leadership, technical expertise, and strategic direction to ensure all operations meet or exceed regulatory and company EHS standards. The Regional EHS Manager partners with operations, fleet, maintenance, and leadership teams to implement effective programs that protect employees, customers, and company assets. This is a remote position with up to 75% travel, primarily east of the Mississippi River, to our depots within our Northeast & Southeast regions. The position must be located in the US with the ideal candidate located in the Eastern or Central time zones. The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 annually, plus a 15% bonus opportunity. Please note that the base salary will vary based on geographic location, market conditions, and the candidate's experience.
