Associate Recruiter

• Coordinate and schedule all interview activity including phone screens, virtual interviews, onsite visits, and panel debriefs across multiple time zones • Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and feedback collection ensuring timely and professional correspondence • Maintain accurate and timely ATS updates and other systems as needed • Execute targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings to build diverse pipelines; screen candidates against job requirements and provide summarized shortlists for Recruiter review • Audit job listings across internal and external job boards for accuracy and brand consistency • Support talent pipeline maintenance, candidate nurture sequences, and pre-employment documentation including offer letters and background check initiations • Assist with recruiting reporting and analytics including time-to-schedule, fill metrics, and sourcing channel effectiveness • Attend career fairs, campus events, and networking activities under Recruiter guidance as needed • Engage in team meetings and training sessions; maintain or exceed department-established performance standards

Job Requirements

  • 2+ of Experience with Linked In Recruiter or other sourcing platforms (e.g. Noon, HireEZ)
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP
  • Candidate sourcing for a variety of roles
  • Understanding of employment law basics and EEO compliance
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS) and/or scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, GoodTime, or similar)
  • Excellent skills utilizing Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) with effective navigation and utilization skills in Excel/Google Sheets and utilization of AI
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Able to manage multiple schedules and competing priorities simultaneously
  • High level of urgency
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business preferred, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, administrative support, or a similar fast-paced professional environment

As a Global Subsidiary Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the corporate compliance and transactional needs of multinational corporation entity portfolios.
