• Ensure customers attain desired outcomes using our product or service • Act as a bridge between the company and its customers • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents • Provide support on legal matters to enhance service quality • Handle customer service requests correctly and quickly • Support customers with tech setup for source code management connections • Work with leads to guide them about services via email and chat • Draft reports based on customer information inspection • Manage legal drafting and prepare required documents for client sharing

Job Requirements

  • Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
  • Prior experience in customer success or similar role preferred
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents
  • Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries

Although this work can be intermittent, your efforts will support a critical role in the Federal investigation and interview process--and the decisions made after these conversations. Work Schedule and Location: Remote. This part-time, remote position will work based on the volume of transcription requests received, but averages 25-50 hours per month. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM Eastern Time.
