• As Fleet Administrator, you’ll get to use your computer savvy and your experience in transportation or logistics to track fleet information and to validate invoices. • You’ll collect data from multiple sources, set up and maintain asset databases, analyze this date, and create/distribute reports. • This entails coordinating with field personnel to collect and maintain accurate fleet asset information. • You’ll help create reports and dashboards, create deployment plans and track the progress, and you’ll help manage transportation and logistics projects. • Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to learn formal project management skills and techniques that you’ll use for the rest of your career. • We have an outstanding record of growth and internal mobility.
Job Requirements
- Our qualified candidate must have EITHER:
- A high school diploma or GED with minimum 3 years of experience in a transportation and logistics function OR
- An Associates degree in transportation, logistics or supply chain with minimum 1 year(s) of experience in a transportation and logistics function
- Proficiency using Excel including setting up spreadsheets/formula, VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, and data cleaning skills (manipulating strings/dates)
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs, proactively meet those needs and initiate actions to increase customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English across functions
- Should be able to run analysis of operational data independently and with little supervision.
- Needs to be proficient in Power BI
- Needs to have basic to intermediate Python programming knowledge

Role Description Sous l’autorité du chef du bureau RHC, vous êtes chargé de superviser et de coordonner l’activité de la section administration personnel civil dans les domaines relevant de votre responsabilité.
