Role Description El/la Auditor/a Junior en Minería es un rol de entrada que apoya a auditores senior y líderes de auditoría en la revisión y evaluación de procesos financieros, operativos, de cumplimiento, seguridad, medio ambiente y calidad dentro de operaciones mineras. Su objetivo principal es verificar el cumplimiento normativo, identificar riesgos y oportunidades de mejora, y asegurar la correcta aplicación de controles internos en faena y oficinas corporativas. Responsabilidades Principales: - Apoyar en la planificación y ejecución de auditorías internas o externas (financieras, operativas, HSEQ, calidad, compliance). - Revisar documentación: procedimientos, registros operacionales, estados financieros básicos, reportes HSEC y contratos. - Verificar el cumplimiento de normativas mineras, legales, ambientales y de seguridad (DS, ISO, políticas internas). - Ejecutar pruebas de control y muestreo bajo supervisión de auditores senior. Qualifications - Carrera universitaria completa o técnica en: Contabilidad, Auditoría, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Minas o afín (valorado en minería), Finanzas o Economía. - Experiencia no mayor a 2 años en Prácticas profesionales en minería, auditoría, control de gestión o HSEQ o Experiencia en terreno o entornos industriales regulados. Role Description Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville is currently hiring for a Full-time Inpatient Hospital Coding Auditor to join our Appeals & Denials Department at Baptist Metro Square. This candidate will perform retrospective and concurrent Quality Assurance audits of Inpatient encounters for accuracy and compliance, appropriate MS-DRG and APR-DRG with adherence to the Official Coding Guidelines for Coding and Reporting utilizing ICD-10 CM and PCS classification. Identify areas of educational opportunities, tracking audits received for purposes of trending and providing feedback to Coding Leadership. Auditing will include scope of both government and commercial payors including but not limited to RAC, ACHA. - Performing inpatient coding audits (DRG) related to payer audits. - Auditing prior billed codes to ensure clinically validated. - Accurate coding based on established guidelines. - Performing coding updates in both legacy and EPIC environments as applicable. - Identifying audit trends and providing insights and education to Clinical Denials Audit and Analysis and Clinical Documentation Integrity leadership. - Auditing will include scope of both government and commercial payors including but not limited to RAC, AHCA, and commercial DRG Audits. Role Description Position responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of clinical coding resulting in the appropriate reimbursement and data integrity and validation of the coded information for external and internal affairs. This position typically reports to the Coding Compliance Manager.
