Qualifications - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im DevOps Bereich mit Fokus auf mindestens einen großen Cloudanbieter AWS, Azure, STACKIT oder GCP. - Umfassende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IaaC und Infrastructure Automation sowie mit Kubernetes, Terraform, Grafana und Prometheus, idealerweise sind toolbezogene bzw. Cloud Zertifizierungen vorhanden. - Selbstständiges, agiles Arbeiten, Bereitschaft Know-How zu teilen und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden sind für dich selbstverständlich. - Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. - Geringfügige, projektbedingte Reisebereitschaft zu Kunden vorhanden. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer support and helping clients maximize the value of our inventory management solutions. Our team is responsible for onboarding and implementing new clients, guiding them through the entire process from initial set-up and configuration to training and successful adoption. Qualifications - 0-2+ years experience in B2B customer success, professional services, technical support or account management (or equivalent education). - Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals. - Strong communication, problem solving, analytical, public speaking and presentation skills. - Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new systems and tools. Requirements This position has a starting salary range of $65,000 - 80,000 USD per year. This is the range we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting.
