Role Description At Pavago, one of our clients is looking for a Vietnamese-Speaking Sales Service Representative to support inbound sales inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to individuals seeking debt settlement and debt consolidation solutions. This role is a key part of the customer service and sales team, focused on engaging prospective clients who have already expressed interest in the company’s services. You will help educate potential clients, answer questions, identify financial needs, and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
