Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

Role Description The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist is an hourly, full-time position that supports the Talent Acquisition function through operational execution, project support, and continuous improvement. This role coordinates recruiting activities across the hiring lifecycle, including: - Sourcing - Screening - Interview scheduling - Background checks - Travel coordination - Reporting - ATS support The position also manages SharePoint content, supports vendor partnerships, conducts ATS audits, and helps enhance Talent Acquisition and candidate experience initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, service-focused, and brings strong follow-through, sound judgment, and at least two years of ATS experience. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, Human Resources (HR) support, or a similar coordination role. - At least 2 years of hands-on ATS experience, including requisition management, candidate workflows, and data maintenance. - Experience with sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding support, or background check administration. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills and experience managing SharePoint content or team resources. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, vendors, and internal teams. - Experience supporting reporting, audits, process improvement, and operational projects. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Requirements - Remote work with a strong preference in the Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC area. - First shift, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. - Less than 10% domestic travel. - Competitive hourly rate of $25-$30/hr, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.
