• Partner with leaders to understand business goals and translate them into thoughtful people strategies. • Coach managers on performance, employee relations, feedback, development, engagement, and organizational change. • Support key people moments: hiring planning, onboarding, promotions, investigations, exits, and change management. • Strong understanding of compensation philosophy, pay equity principles, and market benchmarking practices, partnering with managers on informed, consistent, and equitable pay decisions. • Use people data and qualitative insights to identify trends and risks, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. • Leverage AI tools and emerging HR technology to improve workflows and scale people operations. • Partner internally to build and iterate on AI solutions and tools. • Drive scalable people programs aligned with core values and business needs. • Partner on talent planning, workforce planning, succession, and org design. • Guide performance management processes and support leaders in making sound talent decisions. • Serve as a thought partner on employee relations matters with empathy, judgment, and consistency. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal on program execution and compliance. • Build manager capability through clarity, tools, and reinforcement of strong people leadership practices.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years in an HR/People Business Partner role, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Demonstrated experience helping organizations grow from early stage to scale
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to build trust across functions and leadership styles
- Excellent manager coaching experience, including performance management, ER, and org change
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using people data and dashboards to drive decisions
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools and applying emerging HR technology to improve operations and employee experience
- Experience partnering cross-functionally on AI-powered tools such as HR chatbots or self-service platforms
- Sound judgment on employee relations, compliance, and sensitive matters
- Familiarity with employment law and practical HR compliance
- Strong communicator who can facilitate difficult conversations and adapt to different audiences
- Comfortable moving between strategy and execution with a low-ego, builder mindset
- Experience in a SaaS environment preferred
- Experience supporting global or multi-regional people operations a plus
