We are seeking an Analyst for a team working on a variety of projects involving antitrust, personal injury, merger, and employment matters. Analysts work as part of a remote team on challenging and high-profile projects in a collegial work environment. Expectations Conduct research and analysis efficiently, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. Clean, structure, and analyze data using (and Excel as needed). Build damages models and clear visualizations in Manage, review, and analyze case documents, maintaining strong organization and confidentiality. Independently identify, gather, and document data from credible public sources. Prepare concise written memoranda summarizing methods, results, and key takeaways. Quality-check work product for accuracy, consistency, and reproducibility. Support report and exhibit development, including drafting tables/figures and formatting to team standards. Perform fact-checking and backup preparation for reports/exhibits, ensuring every statement is supported and traceable. • Completes scheduled and urgent benefit additions, terminations, and changes timely and accurately to prevent member access to care issues, missed performance guarantees and potential liquidated damages. • Acquires and maintains a basic level of knowledge and interpretation of multiple adjudication system screens and functions on a field-by-field level to design both standard and custom configurations to meet client expectations. • Complies with standards set forth regarding benefit design and configuration including HIPAA, NCPDP and Navitus internal business standards. • Performs quality assurance peer reviews and uses sound business judgment and expertise to contribute toward the creation of root cause analysis of issues. • Uses departmental workflow management, issue resolution and reporting tools for troubleshooting and responding to general customer questions and issue resolution requests. • Supports internal customers by participating in client meetings, audits and new program implementations with other areas of the company, answering benefit setup questions and providing guidance to other areas and roles on the benefit configuration process. • Adapts to industry changes and evolving technology, maintaining a basic level of understanding of both legacy and emerging products and systems. • Independently assesses business needs and participates in process improvement, cost reduction and automation efforts. • Contributes to the creation and ongoing maintenance of departmental training materials, work instructions and policies. • Conducts system enhancement and regression testing of a low to moderate level of complexity for benefit configuration processes to ensure compliance with state, federal and client regulations/standards. • Contributes to training and maintains a mentoring relationship with new and existing benefit configuration team members. • Participate in, adhere to and support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives. • Other duties as assigned.

• Focus on the lifecycle of a project from site control and lease signing through to Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Permission to Operate (PTO) • Work closely with the Sales team to build financial models using BOLT pricing model • Ensure that leases are 'finance-ready' when they reach the next stage of the pipeline • Proactively identify and mitigate potential drags on lease negotiations that could impact the financing timeline • Blend of financial modeling, internal collaboration, and an understanding of project-level details influencing financial viability

• Conduct the baseline research and to prepare summary reports for cases and projects to support customer needs • Collect, analyse and evaluate research information using a variety of media, litigation, government databases, (listed) company public records, Internet, and proprietary databases of major newspapers and relevant media outlets. • Perform qualitative background research on the requested companies / individuals and their related associates in accordance to relevant SOPs • Identify relevant risks (including PEP, sanctions and adverse media), discrepancies and any information of the clients’ interest • Ensure that research is conducted and completed in a timely manner with quality being a constant priority. • Meet the customer specific requirements of all research and report writing • Be able to work within a tight-knit team framework that could be intra or inter team. • Adhere to and comply with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-bribery, as well as adhering to company policies and procedures and client requirements.
