• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for the Company's largest operating segment, including U.S. and Canadian operations • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and other accounting adjustments in accordance with U.S. GAAP • Perform account reconciliations and detailed analyses of balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness • Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies, unusual transactions, and variances • Assist in the preparation of month-end financial packages and management reports that support operational and strategic decision-making • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of internal controls to promote accurate financial reporting, asset protection, compliance, and operational efficiency • Ensure adherence to established accounting policies, procedures, and close timelines • Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation for external auditors, tax advisors, and other compliance-related activities • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, automate workflows, and increase reporting efficiency and accuracy • Collaborate with internal teams and shared services functions to resolve non-routine client, vendor, and accounting-related inquiries • Participate in special projects, system implementations, integrations, and other finance initiatives as assigned • Serve as a versatile team member, providing support across various accounting and finance functions as business needs evolve
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive team, delivering data-driven insights that influence key decisions • Lead financial strategy, aligning planning efforts with company growth and value creation goals • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership • Own the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning processes, and monthly/quarterly reporting • Develop and maintain driver-based financial models (revenue, gross margin, profitability, cash flow) • Lead variance analysis and performance tracking , holding business partners accountable to targets • Analyze resource utilization metrics (billable vs. non-billable) to optimize productivity and reduce revenue leakage • Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to drive revenue growth and margin improvement • Provide financial leadership for cost optimization initiatives, capital allocation, and M&A activities • Build, scale, and lead a high-performing FP&A team • Drive adoption of FP&A tools, automation, and advanced analytics • Own preparation of financial presentations, Board decks, investor reporting, and lender materials
• Manage a team of 25+ analysts • Oversee team performance, development, and workload planning to ensure successful project delivery. • Provide coaching, feedback, and support for team members’ growth and career progression. • Manage client engagements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. • Maintain regular communication with clients to strengthen partnerships, report outcomes, and identify service opportunities. • Monitor team output and quality, identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency. • Deliver performance and service reports to senior leadership and clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to expand subject matter expertise and advisory capabilities. • Contribute to strategic initiatives within the Managed Services practice in partnership with senior leaders. • Provide production/service reporting to senior leadership and clients. • Work directly with partnership team to develop subject matter expertise and expand advisory services and consulting opportunities with clients.
• Successfully lead the delivery of multiple AML, Sanctions and Fraud (collectively "financial crimes") engagements that are delivered to our clients across their three lines of defense. • Serve as a key escalation point for junior team members, engaging with senior leadership and clients to communicate concerns and drive resolution. • Provide strategic oversight and expert evaluation of clients’ financial crimes programs, especially in the realm of financial crimes technology, assessing alignment with regulatory requirements, supervisory expectations, and industry-leading practices. • Identify opportunities (leads) to provide services to existing and prospective clients. • Lead proposal and SOW development efforts, prepare budgets.
• Conduct the baseline research and to prepare summary reports for cases and projects to support customer needs. • Collect, analyze and evaluate research information using a variety of media, litigation, government databases, company public records, Internet, and proprietary databases of major newspapers and relevant media outlets. • Perform qualitative background research on the requested companies / individuals and their related associates in accordance with relevant SOPs. • Identify relevant risks (including PEP, sanctions and adverse media), discrepancies and any information of the clients’ interest. • Meet the customer specific requirements of all research and report writing. • Meet production and quality standards for completing assignments. • Work and contribute to a team-oriented and collaborative environment. • Adhere to and comply with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-bribery, as well as adhering to company policies and procedures and client requirements.

• Provide support for Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer operations in the field of projects implemented for financial sector institutions • Seek out and critically analyse information, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with both internal and external laws and regulations • Reviewing and investigating suspicious activity reports • Perform periodic customer reviews, as well as selected Customer Due Diligence ( CDD )/Enhanced Due Diligence ( EDD ) procedures • Create and verify KYC profiles and AML files • Analyse and monitor transactions, verify transaction alerts, and more
• Monitor and assess transactions on assigned accounts for potential suspicious activities like money laundering. • Identify and investigate data anomalies in line with AML/BSA regulations and industry best practices. • Collaborate with our Compliance, Data Management, and other teams to ensure we're meeting the company's AML and other transaction analysis and reporting requirements. • Utilize complex data sources and technical analytical tools to perform your duties. • Contribute to a team-oriented and collaborative environment, aiming to improve our analytical and reporting processes.
• Execute the sales strategy and fully support the company’s business goals. • Develop an expert knowledge of the Blue Umbrella products and services. • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within a defined territory. • Effectively manage full sales cycle including researching/identifying new business opportunities/timely management of leads, management of discovery calls, product demonstrations/presentations and negotiation of contracts. • Effectively utilize CRM including documentation of activities and territory forecasting. • Contribute to the overall team success by sharing best practices and working closely with Marketing, Products, and other internal partners to offer creative solutions.
• As an Associate Director in our Financial Crimes Advisory (FCA) team you will primarily be responsible for leveraging your subject matter expertise and partnering with Financial Crimes Advisory leadership to successfully deliver projects/engagements for clients and execute strategic initiatives designed to grow the FCA practice. • Successfully lead or participate in multiple, sometimes simultaneous, AML, Sanctions and fraud (collectively "financial crimes") engagements being delivered across the three lines of defense. • On smaller engagements, effectively serve as the lead point of contact (i.e., engagement leader) for engagement teams and clients, providing day-to-day direction to engagement teams and coaching/mentoring to team members. • Prepare reports and written documents utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, writing in a clear, concise and articulate manner. • Utilize effective project management practices to ensure deliverables meet client expectations, while the project stays within agreed budgets and timelines. • Actively participate in or lead, where necessary, key client meetings.
