• Conduct the baseline research and to prepare summary reports for cases and projects to support customer needs • Collect, analyse and evaluate research information using a variety of media, litigation, government databases, (listed) company public records, Internet, and proprietary databases of major newspapers and relevant media outlets. • Perform qualitative background research on the requested companies / individuals and their related associates in accordance to relevant SOPs • Identify relevant risks (including PEP, sanctions and adverse media), discrepancies and any information of the clients’ interest • Ensure that research is conducted and completed in a timely manner with quality being a constant priority. • Meet the customer specific requirements of all research and report writing • Be able to work within a tight-knit team framework that could be intra or inter team. • Adhere to and comply with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-bribery, as well as adhering to company policies and procedures and client requirements.

• Partner closely with the Compensation Manager to deliver and continuously improve compensation programs and processes • Support the administration and analysis of equity compensation programs, including grant modeling and reporting • Own discrete compensation workstreams end-to-end, including defined portions of annual merit, bonus, and equity activities • Build, maintain, and enhance complex compensation models in Excel to support decision-making, scenario analysis, and workforce planning • Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, and internal pay equity analyses across a global workforce • Analyze compensation scenarios using multiple quantitative inputs and provide clear, well-reasoned recommendations • Support deferred compensation programs, including quantitative modeling and coordination with internal and external partners • Help develop scalable compensation processes, tools, documentation, and controls appropriate for a small but growing team • Leverage Workday and related systems to support compensation administration, reporting, and data integrity • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders on compensation-related initiatives • Provide informal mentorship to junior resources or contractors on modeling approaches and analytical workflows, as applicable

• Support the design, delivery, and quality assurance of insurance products across Professional Liability, Management Liability, Cyber, and Technology E&O lines • Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to translate business needs into clear requirements • Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations through effective User Acceptance Testing • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, QAs, and SMEs to validate acceptance criteria and clarify expected system behavior • Review delivered functionality to ensure alignment with business requirements, regulatory compliance, and user experience expectations • Identify, document, and track UAT defects, working with development teams to prioritize fixes and validate resolutions • Support go-live readiness, including business sign-off, documentation, and post-implementation validation • Manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities while maintaining high quality and meeting delivery timelines
