• make sure nothing quietly slips through the cracks across a portfolio of 250+ solar programs. • own recurring reporting in Excel, partner on automation work in Salesforce and Claude. • help manage the operations and maintenance relationships with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms and property managers that keep our assets running. • report to the Head of Asset Management and work as their right hand. • deliver reports that go out on time without drama, maintain a cleaner Salesforce instance, and ensure collaborations with contractors and property managers.

• Drive NTP-to-PTO timeline compression – delivering speed while ensuring quality • Navigate and deliver utility and AHJ processes and approvals across markets to get projects live fast • Enhance and enforce standards; ensure commissioned performance matches models • Close the feedback loop from field to Development, Partner, Procurement, Sales and Finance • Manage portfolio performance: production, yield, availability, revenue at risk • Drive model optimization – timeline compression, project and O&M cost reduction, washing, build quality & efficiency, O&M responsiveness • Build the systems, playbooks, and team that enable scale with portfolio growth • Expand further into PV+BESS and across East Coast community solar markets • Engage directly with enterprise customers, utility and partner executives as an Ops leader

• Identify new financing partners and market opportunities to them. • Build and maintain relationships with existing financing partners. • Negotiate structure and deal terms with financing partners. • Designed detailed, comprehensive periodic project, fund, and fleet level reporting. • Build process, structure, and work products to scale King Energy • You’ll be the master of your own destiny with autonomy and ownership over roadmaps, KPIs, priorities, and initiatives for the finance team. • You will have direct ongoing access to all C level executives and founders. • You’ll roll up your sleeves acquiring and selling solar assets, structuring new finance programs, and facilitating underwriting and diligence processes.

• Focus on the lifecycle of a project from site control and lease signing through to Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Permission to Operate (PTO) • Work closely with the Sales team to build financial models using BOLT pricing model • Ensure that leases are 'finance-ready' when they reach the next stage of the pipeline • Proactively identify and mitigate potential drags on lease negotiations that could impact the financing timeline • Blend of financial modeling, internal collaboration, and an understanding of project-level details influencing financial viability

• Own and evolve our end to end billing and accounts receivable lifecycle • Ensure all invoices are generated accurately and on schedule within our OneBill platform • Establish quality control procedures to verify billing accuracy • Oversee month end close activities and resolving discrepancies cross functionally • Act as the primary architect of our dunning procedures and revenue recovery strategies • Implement and maintain billing systems and workflows that minimize errors • Engage directly in daily collections activity, including outreach through email and phone • Bridge the gap between Finance and Technology

• You will drive the revenue cycle from billing through collections, while acting as the business owner of tenant billing • This includes articulating complex billing concepts to late paying customers through customer contacts via phone, email, and demand letters while negotiating payment plans to clear aging debts • You will manage aging reports and minimize overdue receivables • You will relentlessly look for improvements in financial and operational areas to maximize the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes • You will optimize billing statements for comprehensibility, accuracy and customer experience • In this role you will work closely with the technology, finance, legal and tenant teams • You will be the master of your work destiny, while having autonomy and ownership over roadmaps, KPIs, priorities, and initiatives for the portfolio management team • You will have direct access and dialogue with C level executives and founders • You will drive the systemization and automation of the program, including leveraging technology where available
