Role Description Individuals in this role understand how information is turned into knowledge and how this knowledge supports and enables key business processes. They must have a solid understanding of logical data warehousing design principles and data access requirements for business analytics and exploration. Also required are analytical skills, the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, as well as an innate curiosity around wanting to understand business processes, business strategy and strategic business initiatives to help drive incremental business value from enterprise data assets. - Designing and implementing Reltio MDM solutions that meet the needs of the organization - Modeling the master data solution per the business requirements - Understanding business requirements, performing data analysis, translating them into technical specifications, and designing MDM solution that meet those requirements - Creating application design documents, including data models, data flow diagrams, and system architecture diagrams - Collaborating with business SMEs and other technical team members to ensure successful delivery of the project - Performing code reviews, ensuring code quality, and adhering to Software development lifecycle standards - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and defects within the Reltio platform - Debugging & performance tuning in MDM components - Participating in business and technical discussions with customers and internal team members - Providing technical expertise and guidance to team members - Participating in architectural discussions and serving as the SME for MDM related topics - Familiarity with 3rd party datasets that are needed in the context of healthcare domain Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems or Computer Science or other related field, or equivalent work experience - At least 5 years of experience in Reltio MDM - Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in technologies relevant to data/information management, such as MDM, SQL, RDBMS, Metadata, Data Quality, etc. - Prior experience in Reltio Business Model Configuration, and Match and Merge Configuration, ETL tools & Big Data ecosystem - required - Life sciences industry experience preferred - Strong understanding of master data management concepts, data analysis and experience working with the Reltio platform - Very good understanding of SQL, MDM platforms and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Reltio Certified Associate (preferred), any other MDM tool certified associate (good to have) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to travel up to 10% if needed Benefits - Compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture - Traditional offerings like medical, dental, and vision care - Comprehensive suite of benefits focusing on physical, emotional, financial, and social aspects of wellness - Support for working families, including backup dependent care, adoption assistance, infertility coverage, family building support, behavioral health solutions, paid parental leave, and paid caregiver leave - Variety of training programs, professional development resources, and opportunities to participate in mentorship programs, employee resource groups, and volunteer activities

Who are you? Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, or related field) preferred; relevant technical experience accepted in lieu of degree. - Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience selling either water/wastewater processing, hydrocarbon processing, or air/gas processing, or emissions control. - Minimum 3-year technical (engineering, project management, applications) with the ability to understand filtration processes, system design, and industrial applications. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and manage territory travel. - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally (up to 50–70% depending on territory). Preferred Qualifications - Experience with activated carbon, industrial filtration, environmental remediation, emissions treatment, or related technologies. - Prior work supporting environmental, chemical, manufacturing, or industrial clients. - Experience selling engineered mobile systems or capital solutions. - Working knowledge of commercial terms and conditions to assist in contract negotiations.
