Job Description

Digital Advertising Manager

Vanta

• Own end-to-end campaign management on LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok for US and international markets • Partner with MOps and RevOps to connect paid pipeline to revenue outcomes and optimize for downstream conversion • Create the single source of truth for paid performance: ROAS, CAC, pipeline contribution, and channel efficiency metrics • Translate performance data into strategic recommendations for budget allocation, channel mix, and creative direction • Design and run A/B tests on creative, messaging, audience targeting, offers, and landing page variations • Partner with an external agency to build and operationalize Vanta's attribution model, including touchpoint tracking, funnel credit logic, and lift testing for paid ads • Define how marketing touchpoints are tracked, classified, and credited across the funnel, ensuring attribution integrates into planning, budgeting, and reporting • Identify and resolve funnel tracking gaps in partnership with RevOps and Data teams • Support forecasting and budget allocation processes by delivering strategic recommendations that guide GTM strategy and channel mix • Synthesize insights for executive stakeholders to inform long-term investment tradeoffs • Help shape our PLG measurement strategy ahead of a 2026 rollout • Contribute to hiring and long-term team design as this role has a clear path to evolve into formal people management

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience directly managing paid digital marketing campaigns, with a strong track record of driving conversions and ROI
  • Expertise in platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other programmatic channels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, and campaign management platforms
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and attribution modeling
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including MOps, RevOps, Data, and creative teams
  • A growth mindset, adaptable to changing market conditions and emerging technologies
  • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
