• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on SMB and B2C customers. • Recruit, retain, and nurture top sales talent with a focus on continuous growth and development. • Foster a high-performance, goal-oriented culture that consistently achieves and exceeds revenue targets. • Implement scalable sales processes and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the team. • Monitor pipeline, activity, and forecasts, proactively adapting strategies as needed. • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Success, Support, and Revenue Operations to drive alignment and shared success. • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize performance and address KPI trends. • Drive new business and expansion opportunities through both outbound prospecting and co-prime/overlay sales models.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales leadership within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- 1+ years of experience managing sales teams, including responsibility for coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of SMB and B2C sales strategy, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
- Expertise in outbound sales, co-prime/overlay sales models, and closing contracts with annual commitments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline, coach C-level selling, and deliver data-driven insights to inform strategic product roadmap.
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal skills, and commitment to default optimism.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience selling into companies with 1-200 employees is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales productivity tools.
