Migrations Manager
Moxie
• Own multiple client data and EMR migrations simultaneously • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the migration process • Build and manage detailed migration project plans • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, CX, and Compliance teams • Proactively identify and escalate risks early • Oversee quality assurance of migration outputs • Improve and scale migration operations by refining documentation and tracking systems • Contribute to building a more scalable migration playbook
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation, onboarding, or client operations (SaaS preferred; healthcare or EMR experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrates end-to-end ownership
- Brings structure to complexity
- Communicates confidently with clients
- Collaborates effectively without formal authority
- Comfortable managing multiple client projects simultaneously
- Confident working with data and validation processes
- Experience in healthcare tech or regulated environments (preferred)
