Role Description We are seeking an Operations and Governance Lead to drive operational excellence and robust governance across Perci Health. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional operations projects, managing clinical and corporate governance frameworks, and supporting data and research activities. It sits within the Operations function and directly contributes to Perci’s strategic goal of delivering safe, high-quality, and scalable cancer care. Key Responsibilities - Project Management - Manage and lead operational projects and support client initiatives, end-to-end, including tracking milestones, monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. - Maintain oversight of active projects including: CIPN, PMI recognition, Professional QA, Data Dashboard, Automations, new DPO set-up, and Product Governance (where resource is available from the product team). - Report project status clearly to senior stakeholders and flag risks or blockers in a timely manner. - Operations - Support the day-to-day operations of the business needs. - Lead and manage the implementation and improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of practical, scalable solutions working closely with the Product and Technology teams. - Lead Monthly Operations Meetings: develop slide decks, facilitate discussion, and communicate next steps to relevant stakeholders. - Research and Data (ClinOps) - Support the Medical Director and Clinical teams with data pulls and analysis for clinical papers and publications. - Lead on ad hoc data requests (typically weekly), including senior leadership requests for potential clients and external partners.
