Role Description The Program Assistant provides administrative, logistical, and programmatic support to the Senior Program Officer and program team. This position supports the successful implementation of Eurasia Foundation’s exchange and leadership programs. - Coordinates program activities. - Supports participant travel and logistics. - Processes payments and documentation. - Assists with monitoring and evaluation. - Contributes to reports. - Supports business development and donor-related activities. - Works closely with EF staff, program participants, consultants, vendors, and partner organizations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in international studies, social sciences, education, public administration, or a related field strongly preferred. - Minimum of one year of relevant experience required. - Experience supporting international development, exchange, education, leadership, or civil society programs preferred. - Experience living, studying, working, or traveling in cross-cultural settings strongly preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficiency in Russian required, including the ability to read, write, speak, translate documents, and provide consecutive interpretation. - Knowledge of Russian culture, civil society, or the broader regional context preferred. - Strong cross-cultural communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Familiarity with social media, blogging, or content management systems preferred. - Strong writing, research, editing, and organizational skills. - Excellent attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Professional judgment, discretion, and a service-oriented approach. Role Description SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst for an exciting International Air Force program. The Program Analyst oversees and manages the financial budget by working closely with the Project Manager, Program Management Office, and the Government Mission Partner. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Finance Analyst/Manager to join our growing company. This position will support the rapidly expanding Health and Civilian sector, reporting to the Sr Manager of FP&A. The successful candidate will have excellent finance acumen and proven leadership skill to build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, program managers, company leadership and other corporate department leads.
