• Provide medication abortion care to patients via Hey Jane’s online platform • Conduct visits via video, phone or asynchronously • Review patients’ medical intake responses • Communicate with patients via HIPAA-compliant messaging app or during live appointments • Determine eligibility for online medication abortion treatment • Prescribe medications to a mail-order pharmacy or arrange local pharmacy pickup • Respond to medical inquiries from patients requiring further evaluation • Direct nursing staff regarding referrals and additional prescriptions as necessary

Role Description We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and proactive Bilingual Medical Receptionist & Patient Coordinator to join our growing remote team.
