Job Description

Roadside Assistance Specialist, Bilingual – English/French

NQX

• contact customers who requested roadside assistance with courtesy and empathy • Call providers to negotiate fair and favorable pricing for their services • Keep customers informed by phone and chat during the process • Maintain an accurate documentation of the actions and decisions

Job Requirements

  • Fluently bilingual (French and English)
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am until midnight
  • Please note that, as a 24/7 business line, you may be required to work night shifts (11:00 pm to 8:00 am) depending on business needs.
  • For work from home, high-speed Internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space
  • Ability to multi-task in a computerized environment
  • Excellent communication skills - You can express yourself clearly and concisely
  • Excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others - customer service and problem-solving are your strengths!
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Hourly wage of $20.00, including a $2 bilingual bonus
  • Hourly bonus for weekend work
  • A night premium of $1.00/hour and a weekend premium of $0.25/hour
