Patient Services Coordinator #210643 Remote in US - Eastern Time Zone Overview Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $24.83-27.59 Hourly Start Date: Jun 29, 2026 Our major Healthcare client is looking for a Patient Services Coordinator for a 6 month consulting assignment. The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for the daily activities across multiple service function areas. The Patient Services Coordinator performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments. The Patient Services Coordinator may perform installation, implementation, client support, client services, client administration, customer service, enrollment and eligibility, claims processing, and call center operations. Investigates and settles claims and customer service issues. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation. Required Qualifications - 2 years of administrative work experience, including typing/data entry - Excellent verbal and written skills - Previous customer service experience - Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word - Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Preferred Qualifications - High School Diploma - Previous call center or phone customer service experience - Medical patient scheduling experience The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24.83 to $27.59 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
