Role Description We are looking for an SEO Team Lead / Assistant Manager to drive scalable organic growth across traditional search engines, AI-powered search experiences, and generative discovery platforms. This role combines leadership, strategic SEO ownership, technical expertise, AI-first optimization, and automation-led execution. The ideal candidate has proven experience delivering measurable SEO growth, managing teams, handling enterprise SEO accounts, and building scalable SEO systems powered by AI, automation, semantic search, and data-driven insights. You'll act as a bridge between strategy, execution, innovation, and leadership — helping future-proof organic visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews (AIO), ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other LLM-driven ecosystems. This is a remote position and requires strong communication skills, self-management abilities, and proficiency in remote collaboration tools. Qualifications - 5–7+ years of SEO experience with 1–2+ years in a leadership role. - Proven experience delivering measurable SEO growth across competitive industries. - Hands-on expertise in technical SEO, on-page, off-page, semantic SEO, and content optimization. - Experience with AI Overviews (AIO), GEO, LLM visibility optimization, and AI-assisted search ecosystems. - Strong understanding of how LLMs retrieve and surface web content. - Experience building SEO automation systems using Python, APIs, AI workflows, or automation tools. - Strong analytical and business-first SEO mindset. - Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills. - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ability to showcase proven SEO case studies, traffic growth, and enterprise SEO achievements. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
