Role Description We’re looking for a Senior SEO Manager who will own end-to-end organic search performance for a portfolio of B2B clients. You’ll serve as the directly responsible individual (DRI) who translates SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy into deliberate, well-researched plans that help clients hit measurable business outcomes while also elevating our standards for execution, documentation, and client communication. This role is fully remote, ideally your timezone is within +/- 4 hours of GMT. This role is not for you if… - You’re a junior SEO who wants to step into a senior role. We’re looking for someone with existing, provable senior experience. - You don’t have experience delivering impact across on-page, off-page and technical SEO. - You don’t have experience being the directly responsible individual (DRI) for multiple accounts at the same time. - You are uncomfortable being client-facing. - You’ve only worked with very large Enterprise brands where things are slow. What you’ll do: - Own end-to-end roadmaps and performance for a portfolio of B2B client accounts - you're the directly responsible individual (DRI). - Lead execution and oversee SEO and AEO strategy in coordination with a team of specialists: onboarding, audits, strategy development, plan building, technical fixes, on-page optimizations, content direction, off-page presence building. - Lead client calls and communications; build trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from Content Manager to VP/CMO-level. - Monitor and report on organic performance across traditional search and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) using Discovered Labs’ own software and technologies. - Elevate internal standards: improve templates, SOPs, reporting, and documentation as you go. Role Description We’re looking for a SEO Content Editor who will own the quality assurance and publishing layer of our content engine for an assigned portfolio of B2B clients. - Review AI-assisted content before it reaches clients or gets published. - Catch issues that could hurt performance or trust. - Ensure every article is accurate, well-presented, on-brand, and technically sound. - Help improve the systems and workflows behind content production. This role is fully remote, ideally your timezone is within +/- 4 hours of GMT. This role is not for you if… - You want a pure writing role; this role is primarily about editing, quality assurance, and publishing. - You’re not naturally detail-oriented. - You don’t enjoy working inside CMS platforms and operational workflows. - You need heavy management. What you’ll do: - Help maintain a 95%+ client approval rate on published articles by applying rigorous quality assurance before delivery. - Quality check AI-assisted articles before client delivery and publishing. - Catch and fix critical issues including broken links, missing metadata, weak internal linking, poor anchor text choices, formatting issues, and factual inaccuracies. - Ensure zero AI hallucinations make it into published content. - Publish 3-5 articles per day across multiple client CMS platforms. - Optimise images, alt text, metadata, structured data, headings, and on-page presentation. - Transform article presentation using bullets, bold text, tables, and other formatting improvements. - Keep the team informed through clear Slack updates. - Identify recurring issues in AI-assisted content and suggest improvements.
