Global Health Corps

• Ensure stewardship and engaged communications with key donors • Create and manage lasting systems to maintain and advance partnerships with a range of foundations, corporations, and individuals • Partner with the Senior Director to cultivate, maintain, and advance relationships with a range of organizations • Own a portfolio of donors, prospects, and leads • Drive identification and research of new leads • Supervise and develop the Development Coordinator • Partner with the CEO to craft personalized, high-impact outreach to prospects and donors • Work closely with GHC's Communications team to develop external-facing materials • Manage quarterly update communications to key prospects, donors, and supporters • Develop, manage, and execute annual EOY and FY-close solicitation campaigns • Manage logistics for quarterly board meetings • Partner with the Senior Director and CEO to implement a robust Board engagement strategy • Contribute to event strategy in partnership with the CEO and Senior Director • Manage all logistics and communications for in-person and virtual fundraising events • Co-lead management of Salesforce donor database with GHC's Grants Manager
