Job Requirements
- Proven experience selling into the Australian market (direct experience with AUS business culture and hours is essential).
- Previous experience in SaaS or Finance sales environments.
- Ability to commit to a mandatory 2-week training period operating on UK time zones.
- Proficiency in modern sales tech stacks, specifically Salesloft and Salesforce.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational hierarchies.
- Prior experience in dedicated Sales Development (SDR/BDR) roles.
- Background in customer service or account management.
- Experience work remotely across different global time zones.
