Sales Development Representative

Cribl

• Qualify, follow up, educate and develop a substantial volume of leads • Efficiently respond and qualify inbound marketing leads • Generate sales-ready meetings for sales executives • Research target new accounts and generate interest through engagement • Understand and uncover customer needs to effectively pitch solutions • Log, track, and maintain Salesforce accurately • Achieve meeting quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives are met • Collaborate with Sales Directors and attend customer meetings • Drive continuous improvement in lead quality conversion rates

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of previous prospecting experience
  • Familiarity with systems including Salesforce, Outreach.io, and ZoomInfo
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong business and tech acumen
  • Highly motivated, self-starting individual
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to understand customer needs and successfully sell products
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience and a college degree preferred
