Sales Development Representative
Cribl
• Qualify, follow up, educate and develop a substantial volume of leads • Efficiently respond and qualify inbound marketing leads • Generate sales-ready meetings for sales executives • Research target new accounts and generate interest through engagement • Understand and uncover customer needs to effectively pitch solutions • Log, track, and maintain Salesforce accurately • Achieve meeting quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives are met • Collaborate with Sales Directors and attend customer meetings • Drive continuous improvement in lead quality conversion rates
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of previous prospecting experience
- Familiarity with systems including Salesforce, Outreach.io, and ZoomInfo
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong business and tech acumen
- Highly motivated, self-starting individual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to understand customer needs and successfully sell products
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience and a college degree preferred

• Execute high-volume, highly personalized multi-channel outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, and voicemail to VP and Director-level contacts at enterprise target accounts. • Build and manage multi-step outreach sequences in Apollo, leveraging the “Show Me You Know Me®” approach to maximize engagement. • Research target accounts and contacts to craft relevant, personalized messaging that resonates with each prospect’s specific context and pain points. • Map out organizational structures and identify key decision-makers to drive deeper account penetration. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria and hand off to Account Executives as Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). • Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.
