Senior Business Analyst – Marketing & Demand

• You analyze the entire buyer funnel - from traffic and awareness through conversion, retention, and LTV. This includes cohort analyses, segmentations, and customer journey views that give the Growth team a precise picture of demand development • You evaluate marketing activities across all channels - brand, paid, CRM, PR, social, and SEO - and assess channel efficiency based on ROAS and incrementality measurement • You work closely with controlling. You maintain and provide commentary on plan figures, develop scenario analyses on demand changes, and actively shape budget allocation • You sit in the BI team. Your closest interfaces are: Growth & Marketing (primary stakeholder), Controlling (co-pilot for planning and budgeting), Senior Leadership (recipient of your insights) • You don't wait for briefings - you independently identify efficiency and growth opportunities, develop concrete recommendations, and bring them to discussions with marketing and senior leadership.

Job Requirements

  • At least six years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a comparable analytical role - ideally in a marketplace or e-commerce environment
  • Deep understanding of relevant marketing and profitability metrics: ROAS, CAC, LTV, payback period
  • Strong understanding of attribution logic (including last non-direct and data-driven approaches) and incrementality measurement, and you know when to apply each method
  • Broad understanding of common marketing channels and their mechanisms - particularly SEO, SEM, and conversion funnels
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear storylines and precise recommendations
  • Very strong SQL skills; experience with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, AppsFlyer, or comparable tools) is a plus.

The Senior CMDB Analyst is a senior-level subject matter expert supporting the integrity, health and governance of the organization’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform. Operating within the IT Asset Management function, this role is central to maintaining an authoritative source of context for all Configuration Items (CIs) across the organizations IT estate, spanning on-premise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and End User Devices. The primary function of this role will be to support the end-to-end quality of CMDB data through the governance structure of CMDB Health, CI reconciliation and data certifications. Responsibilities - Work with the team to continuously drive high standards in the data quality of our CMDB using CMDB Health, CI Reconciliation and CMDB Data Certification. - Work with junior staff to determine root cause analysis of data issues detected and ensure timely closure of tickets. Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders for support in data remediation. - Maintain all the team’s documentation and ensure it is maintained for accuracy, enhancements and annual reviews.
