• Own technical implementation for new and existing customers — from API integration to workflow configuration to production go-live. • Run technical discovery on customer tech stacks and architecture, recommend the right integration patterns, and produce Miro workflows and implementation playbooks that guide the rollout. • Guide customers on API integration patterns, webhook strategies, retry and failure handling, schema design, and platform best practices — flexing your delivery between technical and business audiences. • Be the technical glue between Customer Success, Sales, Solutions Consultants, and Product. • Be a calm, credible voice on how our AI works. • Observe what customers need, file clean bug reports, open feature requests that capture what you're hearing, and test beta features. • Dig into logs, monitoring, and system behavior to diagnose complex issues, and hand off clean reproductions to Engineering when needed. • Read the release notes. Test the new features. Form opinions. Teach the rest of us and our customers what's possible.
• Be responsible for Cytora’s website design and development, taking internal briefs for updates, providing technical and design advice, executing on development plans • Realise marketing and GTM initiatives via the website whilst helping implement best practises, driving efficiency and scalable activities • Help manage Cytora’s global website including CMS updates, bug reporting, SEO optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation • Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to constantly audit the technical performance of Cytora’s website, identifying opportunities for improvement • Ownership of site speed, indexing, and technical SEO hygiene specifically within the Webflow environment. • Work with external agencies on design, assets and creative projects • Work with group-level stakeholders, utilising resources to scale our web activities and enable the larger group to support our online presence • Development of go to market materials (presentation decks, website pages, sales collateral, case studies, white papers) • Working closely with our Partnership and PR team to coordinate, publish and distribute partner announcements, regularly updating our data ecosystem page • Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing team to optimise strategies to enhance lead qualification processes
• Joining a backend functional team consisting of small groups (maximum 4/5 people) • Prototyping, implementing, shipping and supporting features that are changing the insurance industry • Working with a core product that digitizes risks using Generative AI

• Content Implementation & execution: Taking briefs from the Growth/Demand Gen Managers to craft copy, coordinate design produce polished marketing assets. • Assist on implementing content into Cytora’s monthly Making Risk Flow Digest on LinkedIn and marketing newsletter. • Scaling content efforts by repurposing existing and created content into additional formats and assets. • CMS, Website & channel execution: Be responsible for content assets on Cytora’s website (Webflow), and channels including optimisation and performance • Promoting and nurturing Cytora’s Making Risk Flow Community, the industry’s first community of risk digitization professionals in the insurance sector • Keeping up to date with industry movements and trends, and Cytora messaging to help drive content strategy with new initiatives, topic ideas, content formats, and channel opportunities. • Helping with the planning and execution of a range of events, including industry conferences/trade shows, exciting high-end prospect events, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, roundtables, executive dinners, partner/community events. • Develop and execute marketing outreach campaigns to secure podcast and event guests. • Developing a deep understanding of the industry, customer personas, the buyer’s cycle, and relationship dynamics between Cytora and customers/prospects. • Support the drafting and publishing of regular LinkedIn content on a weekly basis • Coordinating and collaborating with creative/PR agencies ensuring the highest quality standard and brand alignment • Internal Communications: Sharing marketing wins and new assets with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment. • Executing Cytora’s awards presence, from entry submissions to attendance logistics to post-awards promotion
