• Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with team objectives (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective, Refinements, and other necessary events). • Act as a Servant Leader, removing impediments and supporting the team's development and autonomy. • Promote the agile maturity of teams and disseminate an agile culture across the organization. • Support Product Owners and stakeholders in backlog management and prioritization, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. • Ensure transparency, predictability and visibility of deliveries through metrics and continuous monitoring. • Monitor, analyze and drive agile metrics such as Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, CFD and other relevant metrics. • Identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, acting proactively to minimize impacts. • Facilitate communication between teams, business areas and stakeholders, fostering alignment and collaboration. • Encourage continuous improvement, ongoing learning and operational excellence. • Support agile transformation initiatives, contributing to the evolution of processes and working models. • Work in environments with multiple teams, promoting synchronization and efficient dependency management.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Scrum Master with software development and digital product teams.
  • Practical knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe or similar.
  • Experience with agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Trello or equivalents.
  • Experience defining, tracking and analyzing data-driven agile metrics.
  • Knowledge of software engineering practices including DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing and continuous delivery.
  • Strong facilitation skills, conflict mediation and workshop leadership.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and lead organizational change.
  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams or within scaled structures.

Role Description The Agile Delivery Lead plays a vital role in Kubota Credit Corporation's Strategy/PMO organization, enabling effective Agile delivery across the SDLC, from Intake through to Delivery in coordination with Product, Data and IS teams. This position combines strong Agile responsibilities with portfolio coordination to improve backlog quality, sprint execution, and visibility of work and outcomes. As an Agile subject matter expert, the Agile Delivery Lead facilitates ceremonies, removes impediments, and coaches teams to achieve their goals through strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. This role requires deep experience with Agile methodologies, hands-on Jira Cloud expertise, and the ability to leverage AI and modern tools to streamline SDLC workflows, sprint reporting, and metrics analysis freeing teams to focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and value delivery. The role requires a proactive individual with a servant leader mentality who can build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and drive effective delivery in a manner that enhances team standards and portfolio visibility.
