• Leverage our proprietary tools, internal data sources, and external tools to synthesize data and enhance analysis/alerting services for our clients' operational needs. • Build and refine complex keyword sets and Boolean logic to maximize relevant coverage across diverse community types • Work directly with enterprise client teams to understand their collection priorities and translate those into actionable sourcing strategies • Collaborate with internal collections, product, and engineering teams to operationalize new sources at scale • Contribute to documentation and tradecraft standards that help the broader team replicate your sourcing methods • Safely navigate virtual environments for supporting assigned tasks, as applicable. • Write high-quality tactical and strategic assessments to inform risk intelligence decision-making process
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience finding, evaluating, and monitoring sources within illicit or gray-area online communities
- The ability to construct complex Boolean or keyword queries that are precise enough to reduce noise without missing critical coverage
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where source quality isn't obvious and tradecraft judgment matters
- Experience working against external stakeholder requirements — understanding what a client actually needs versus what they asked for
