Job Description At AECOM, our Document Controllers in our Energy business are an integral part of our teams, helping to support, enable and ensure document management across disciplines as they look to design and solve complex engineering and infrastructure related projects. In this role, you will be managing the intake, handling and storage of documentation for project related documents and the project or programmes Information Management System. Typical duties include compiling reports, archiving materials and ensuring seamless document management, as well as facilitating system access for the project team while ensuring that security, project documentation quality, and privacy requirements of stakeholders are met. How you'll make a difference: - Document Management including setting up the approach for document management and storage, across both physical and digital filing systems to ensure accurate and accessible records. - Supporting and maintaining document version, ensuring availability of the latest updates and that all documentation complies with relevant standards and requirements. - Managing requests for documentation, liaising with project teams and external parties to distribute information securely and appropriately. - Contributing to quality assurance activities such as reviewing and maintain the accuracy of records, editing as necessary to keep them up to date, and identify and correct any non-conformities. - Training and supporting team members on document management processes and systems, ensuring understanding of document control procedures and compliance with standards. - Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on project documentation status, including tracking late documents and issuing updates to management and project teams. - Guideline Development: Develop Master Document Registers and Project Document Control Guidelines as required to meet project specifications. - Communication: Act as the main point of contact for document control standards, file naming conventions, and the formal issuance of deliverables, including drawings and models. Role Description The function of the PAS Resource Specialist - Scheduling position within the Connected Care Center is to provide essential customer service support and guidance to clinics and patients in the areas of financial screening, patient eligibility for services, managed care, and complex patient referrals. The PAS Resource Specialist completes multifaceted, imaging-specific scheduling tasks, with the purpose of assisting, scheduling, and coordinating patient diagnostic imaging appointments within the Connected Care Center in EPIC and RIS. This position helps to create a collaborative environment by integrating education, research, and clinical leadership. - Customer Service - Provide high quality customer service to both external customers (patients, referring providers, clinics, insurance carriers) and internal customers (OHSU health care providers, staff) that exceed the service standards of the health care industry. - Enrollment & Authorization - Gather and/or verify patient information including demographics, insurance coverage, and financial status. - Arranged Care – Obtains prior medical records and imaging studies if appropriate. - Radiology/Surgery Scheduling - Schedules multifaceted patient appointments on line, and manually if necessary in all modalities of Diagnostic Imaging. - Telecommunications – Triages and accurately documents telephone calls from patients and referring clinics. - Clinical Services Resource – Shares PAS expertise and disseminates PAS information to PAS Specialists within the service area. - Training and Competency - Successfully completes the required PAS initial training and core competency assessment before or during the trial service period. - Managed Care Coordination – Maintains current information on managed care insurance plans and serves as a liaison and information resources. - Other: Employee completes other duties as assigned.
