Lamar Blvd., Arlington, TX 76011 Work Hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (remote work allowed at manager's discretion) Department Highlights: - Gain a sense of accomplishment by contributing to a teamwork environment. - Receive excellent mentorship, comprehensive training, and dedicated leadership resources. - Remote Position What You Will Do: Daily Operations - Develop organization’s direct marketing strategies for consumer-focused product lines and touchpoints. - Serve as a system support administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Serve as technical expert on new project initiatives and participate in application design sessions. - Translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions. - Collaborate with internal feature development teams to determine best path for Salesforce MC/CH platform implementations. - Work with product line strategists and other business owners to develop and design consumer journeys. - Seek new and innovative methods of driving business results with focus on measurement and outcomes. - Formulate system scope and objectives, develop detailed design specifications, and translate system function/features to programming specifications. - Mentor internal teams on how to best leverage SFMC platform capabilities. - Analyze information to recommend, and plan delivery of new journeys or modification of existing journeys. - Analyze user needs and requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. - Confer with Health Cloud Admins and/or project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities. - Confer with systems analysts, engineers, and others to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. - Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues. - Create Templates, Emails, Data Extensions, and Triggered Send Interactions within Email Studio. - Prep dynamic content data files for import utilizing Microsoft Excel. - Design and manage Synchronized Data Objects. Project Delivery - Team up with internal and external resources to understand the project timeline and operations. - Work in Agile Team to meet changing needs and requirements. - Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all cross-functional areas within Business Services. - Understand client business needs, Health Cloud platform capabilities, and requirements. - Troubleshoot complex problems, gap analysis and process improvement. - Responsible for compliance with applicable Texas Health policies and procedures. - Work with department, divisional management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution on issues and risks. - Participate in strategic planning meetings with key stakeholders and manage expectations. Marketing Strategy - Serve as champion for the brand in deploying marketing automation approaches. - Work with marketing strategist and/or other business owner to identify key metrics aligned with marketing automation strategies. - Meet deadlines while juggling multiple priorities and projects. - Measure and share results of marketing automation approaches; monitor and report KPIs. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Admin or relevant field. - 4 Years Related Experience. - 2 Years Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (previously Exact Target) - Preferred. - Experience in Health Care industry - Preferred. Requirements - Knowledge of continuous improvement and change management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Passion for leveraging the dynamic, shifting landscape of health care to drive effective marketing initiatives. - Knowledge of health care industry and trends. - Excellent critical thinking and analytics. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all professional and leadership levels. - Committed to exceeding expectations in performance and leadership. - Results oriented and exhibits attention to detail. - Visionary and innovator willing to take calculated risks. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases. - Experience utilizing Journey Builder with understanding of Audience Builder configuration. - Familiarity with Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP). - Strong planning, organizational development, critical thinking and decision-making skills. - Familiarity with Agile principles. - Broad understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Ability to interact with Solution Architecture teams using Agile. - Critical Thinker: Curiosity, Awareness, Decisiveness, Compassion, Analytical Thinking, Creativity, Willingness, Honesty. - Good to expertise experience in Excel and/or Tableau. - Exemplifies and serves as a champion for Texas Health’s guiding principles.
