• Serve as the day-to-day platform consultant for clients, providing strategic guidance on Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities, use cases, and activation strategies. • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business objectives, marketing strategy, and available customer data to ensure CDP initiatives support measurable marketing outcomes. • Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering to identify opportunities for CDP-driven marketing use cases. • Translate marketing and business requirements into clear CDP business and technical requirements for identity resolution, data governance, data modeling, data ingestion, segmentation, channel activation, and audience reporting in partnership with Solution Architects and engineering teams. • Support product and strategy teams to prioritize activation-focused CDP use cases that support segmentation, personalization, and cross-channel customer engagement. • Define activation strategies that leverage downstream orchestration channels such as paid media, email, SMS, web personalization, and other channels commonly found in marketing automation platforms. • Partner with other platform consultants to create and maintain solution documentation for CDP and orchestration platforms. • Serve as the platform subject matter expert for each client’s CDP implementation, advising on platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices. • Manage incoming platform-related requests and collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and deliver CDP enhancements and activation initiatives. • Work closely with the Project Management team to coordinate delivery timelines and manage multiple concurrent initiatives. • Provide hands-on guidance and enablement to client teams, helping them operationalize CDP capabilities and maximize value from their marketing technology investments.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in an agency environment; strong consulting, and client-facing skills
  • 3+ years of experience working with CDPs, specifically Adobe RTCDP
  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms and the modern data infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience configuring Adobe Real-Time CDP, including creating complex audiences
  • Familiarity with all Adobe applications is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Tags (formerly called “Launch”) and AEP SDK implementation is a plus
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics is a plus
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc. is a plus
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Experience with A/B testing tools is a plus
  • College degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science or related field

Role Description The Statement of Purpose (SOP) is a critical element of graduate school applications. IRT Scholars applying to 7-12 programs must draft and refine multiple school-specific SOPs. To support this work, the Institute for Recruitment of Teachers (IRT) hires External SOP Advisors, often alumni, to assist scholars in drafting, revising, and finalizing SOPs, as well as other application materials including writing samples, resumes/CVs, and personal history statements. External SOP Advisors are temporary, part-time employees of Phillips Academy Andover. Advisors work with IRT Scholars during the Fall SOP Advising period, an eight-week engagement running from September to November. Advisors are expected to introduce themselves to assigned scholars, hold initial meetings, and complete onboarding and training during July.
