Project Delivery - Team up with internal and external resources to understand the project timeline and operations. - Work in Agile Team to meet changing needs and requirements. - Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all cross-functional areas within Business Services. - Understand client business needs, Health Cloud platform capabilities, and requirements. - Troubleshoot complex problems, gap analysis and process improvement. - Responsible for compliance with applicable Texas Health policies and procedures. - Work with department, divisional management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution on issues and risks. - Participate in strategic planning meetings with key stakeholders and manage expectations.
