Role Description Netrix Global is seeking a Cloud Engineer with deep hands-on expertise in endpoint management, acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for JAMF Pro, Intune, and modern device management. This role is focused on designing, implementing, and operating Windows and macOS lifecycle management at scale, while ensuring compliance, security posture, and seamless integration with Microsoft Intune. The engineer will serve as a customer-facing technical lead, partnering closely with Sr Engineers and Delivery Leads to drive outcomes across device compliance, lifecycle operations, and endpoint security. - Ownership of Windows, macOS and cross-platform device strategy. - Strong emphasis on proactive remediation, policy enforcement, and reporting alignment across Jamf and Intune environments.
