Role Description We are seeking a motivated candidate to optimize sales of Adisseo products to accounts in the Swine and related industries within the assigned Eastern Cornbelt USA territory (primarily IL, IN, MI, OH, KY, PA & TN). - Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve sales and volume targets in line with Adisseo USA regional objectives, with the flexibility to adapt to significant and frequent modifications matching Adisseo’s objectives. - Establish a strong customer relationship with accounts to increase Adisseo’s business and promote Adisseo’s image in the industry as preferred supplier. - Identify and provide solutions for solving key account customers’ needs utilizing Adisseo products, technical, and engineering services. - Monitor market information and competitive market intelligence. - Prepare accurate and timely reports that keep all team members informed. - Approximately 60% overnight travel. - Operate within the approved travel & entertainment expense budget. Qualifications - Working knowledge of the swine and animal feed/health industry. - Minimum five years of sales experience in the feed additive or related industry. - Minimum B.S. degree in Animal Science or related field. - Thorough knowledge of Adisseo’s complete product line and services. - Computer competency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations. - Successful selling, presenting, servicing, and negotiating techniques. - Excellent communication skills to build customer relationships and rapport. - Ability to work well in both a team environment and autonomously.
