Essential Roles and Responsibilities: - Grow and expand existing environmental compliance services. - Understand the local, regional, and Arizona market. - Develop strong working relationships with clients. - Participate in the development of local and regional marketing strategies. - Develop proposals in response to RFPs and client requests. - Prepare calculations, applications, plans, reports, proposals, and other deliverables. - Manage projects and staff to ensure quality and timeliness. - Support safety efforts to promote safety rules and guidelines. - Evaluate problems and develop practical solutions that enable our clients to achieve and maintain compliance with environmental regulations. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology or Engineering (Master's degree preferred), - Minimum 12+ years of experience in a full-time consulting role, - Proven ability to engage and lead a team of technical staff and mentor their growth, - Demonstrated high level of technical writing ability, - Excellent analytical and communication skills, - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, - Ability to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work and possess a positive attitude, - Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history, and - 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER and current 8-Hour refresher preferred.
