Role Description As the business continues to grow, maintaining rigorous compliance standards remains a key part of its success. The team is now looking to strengthen its compliance function with an experienced Recruitment Compliance Administrator who can ensure candidate files meet all regulatory and safeguarding requirements before placement. - Review and clear candidate files following recruiter qualification. - Ensure all candidate documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant. - Conduct compliance checks and verify supporting documentation. - Maintain compliance records and candidate databases. - Follow established compliance procedures and regulatory guidelines. - Liaise with candidates to obtain outstanding documentation where required. - Work closely with recruiters and management to ensure candidates are fully compliant before placement. - Monitor and maintain compliance deadlines and renewal requirements. - Support audits and compliance reporting activities as needed. Qualifications - Previous experience in recruitment compliance, onboarding, credentialing, or compliance administration. - Strong understanding of recruitment compliance processes and documentation requirements. - Experience working to APSCo Compliance+ standards or similar recruitment compliance frameworks is highly desirable. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong administrative and organisational skills. - Ability to manage multiple candidate files simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with recruitment databases, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. Requirements - Education recruitment compliance (highly preferred). - Healthcare or medical recruitment compliance. - Compliance within regulated staffing or recruitment environments. - Experience conducting right-to-work checks, reference checks, qualification verification, safeguarding checks, and other compliance processes. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is highly organised, process-driven, and takes pride in maintaining high compliance standards. You should be comfortable working independently, managing large volumes of documentation, and ensuring every candidate file meets regulatory and company requirements before placement.
