Job Description
Product Owner
Asite
Role Description You are the single point of accountability for Asite for Architects. The outcomes we are hiring you to deliver: - A product backlog driven by evidence, not opinion, sequenced against a live view of architects’ needs, competitor gaps, and commercial impact. - Stand out as the ‘voice’ of architects through proactive collaboration to ensure structured feedback, weighted feature priorities, case studies, and a joint-marketing commitment. - An Architect Persona, Business & Use-Case Playbook for use by Sales and Marketing to sharpen positioning and shorten sales cycles. - A product narrative that Asite's leadership can sell, clearly differentiating against key competitors. What you'll do: - Backlog, delivery & GO-LIVE readiness - Requirements capturing, assessment, and prioritization - The backlog and sprint development cadence - Manage Salesforce Agentforce integration, 3D Repo Lite CDE templating, AI content, Intercom self-onboarding, and the post-launch roadmap - Dependency management across internal and external product owners, with user acceptance, sign-off gates, and a weekly "what could break the launch" risk register. - Competitive intelligence: a rigorous, continuous evidence-based view of where Asite for Architects stands versus the platforms architects actually use, including Autodesk Construction Cloud, Newforma, Bentley ProjectWise, Revizto, Procore, and Morta, covering workflows, usability, technical fit, pricing, and packaging. - Architect persona & use-case playbook: structured conversations with at least 8-10 architects across practice sizes and geographies, mapping workflows, annual software spend, jobs-to-be-done, pains, buying triggers, and objections. - A living playbook: personas, use cases, objection handling, and talk tracks that Product, Sales, and Marketing can reuse without rewriting. Qualifications - 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in B2B SaaS (ConTech, PropTech, AEC software, or AI-enabled platforms strongly preferred). - Demonstrable ownership of a SaaS launch end-to-end. References will be checked. - Genuine customer-discovery experience: personally run structured user interviews, synthesized findings, and shipped product changes based on them. - Competitive analysis instinct: ability to dismantle a competitor's product and pricing without guidance. - Fluency in agile delivery: Jira or equivalent, sprint planning, backlog grooming, acceptance criteria, release management. - Working knowledge of AI/LLM product surfaces: search, summarization, agentic workflows. - Ideally having worked at architectural practices or with architects. - Excellent written and spoken English is non-negotiable; you will be interviewing architects and writing for senior stakeholders. - Time-zone overlap with the UK working day and willingness to flex to GCC hours when required.

Role Description This is an exciting time to join Remote and shape a new business as the Senior Product Manager, Remote Build. Remote Build is Remote's move on the agentic shift: as AI agents proliferate across HR and Finance stacks, they need to route through the employment infrastructure layer — labour law across 100+ countries, payroll, entity structures, the compliance rail. Remote product teams develop the core; Remote Build delivers the rest with customers — deploying standard connectors, building bespoke ones, co-building custom apps and agents on top of Remote's APIs, MCP, and CLI, and running managed services after launch. This is a 0→1 role. Your mission: make every Build engagement compound — deciding which stay bespoke and which evolve into capabilities Remote owns, maintains, and improves long-term. You'll report to a Senior Group Product Manager and work closely with the Remote Build Principal (business, P&L) and Technical Lead (delivery, scoping). Qualifications - AI / agents fluency. - Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code is required. - Senior-level experience as a Product Manager, with a track record on platform, API, or developer-facing products. - 0→1 builder. - The "product-biz" mindset. - Outstanding customer-facing communication and collaboration skills. - Technical fluency. - Strong UX sensibilities. - Great judgment-making strategic and tactical decisions. - Business-level proficiency writing and speaking English. - Domain advantage (nice to have): experience with HRIS, payroll, or fintech platforms. Requirements - Own demand signals and unit economics. - Aggregate what customers are asking for across engagements, and own the packaging and pricing that make Remote Build services repeatable and profitable. - Make deploying Remote's existing standard connectors fast, predictable, and fixed-fee. - Decide which bespoke connectors graduate from one-off into reusable connectors. - Build custom apps and agents with customers, on top of Remote's APIs, MCP, and CLI. - Turn the recurring services line into a product. - Partner with the Remote Build leadership group, platform product teams, GTM, and customer success. - Turn Build engagements into clear, actionable feedback for platform and feature teams. Benefits - Work from anywhere. - Flexible paid time off. - Flexible working hours (we are async). - 16 weeks paid parental leave. - Mental health support services. - Stock options. - Learning budget. - Home office budget & IT equipment. - Budget for local in-person social events or co-working spaces. Application Process - Interview with recruiter. - Interview with hiring manager. - Product Deep Dive. - Team Interview. - Bar raiser interview. - Interview with CTO. - Prior employment verification check.
