Role Description The Distribution Executive - Level 1 is responsible for announcement, publishing, and distributing Packt products across the Packt website and various channel partners. This is a technical role that reports to the line manager in the content distribution team. Below are the responsibilities: - Publishing various products on our website as per the planned timelines. - Distribute Packt products, including books, videos, and courses, to various channel partners as per the SLA. - Foster strong relationships with team members through effective collaboration. - Train team members on new and existing clients, processes, and best practices. - Update and maintain guidelines for all distribution channels and workflows. - Ensure 100% quality in all assigned tasks through rigorous checks and adherence to standards. - Monitor product availability on distributed platforms and ensure systems are updated with accurate data. - Adapt proactively to system changes and new processes. - Handle multiple requests from various channels. - Proactively research and explore topics as needed to enhance knowledge and problem-solving. Role Description As a Virtual Property Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for Homeowners claims. This remote role includes determining coverage and damages, and adjusting and negotiating claims within assigned authority levels. Throughout the process, you will provide timely, clear communication to customers, keeping them informed as their claim progresses. We are seeking an experienced Property Adjuster with proficiency in Xactimate and a strong foundation in claims handling, including supplements and full claim ownership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, excellent customer service, and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Experience handling property claims is required.
