Role Description Corpay is currently looking to hire the Director of Strategic Sales – Construction within our Corpay Payments division. This position falls under our Payables line of business and is remote. In this role, you will be responsible for finding new opportunities and increasing revenue production within an assigned territory. You will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and regularly collaborate with the Payables field sales team. Role Responsibilities - Drive new business growth by selling solutions to mid-market & large market construction accounts based within a specified market. - Research and understand the prospective client’s business goals, objectives, and challenges. - Ability to communicate recommendations effectively to the appropriate level of leadership within a prospective company. - Propose solutions of our suite of products to deliver quantifiable business value through an integrated relationship. - Communicate accurate and timely forecasts to multiple layers of leadership both internally and externally. - Preparation of and execution to sales plans, events, campaigns. - Deliver strong performance against required sales/revenue targets. Qualifications - A Bachelor's Degree preferred. - 5+ years of direct consultative selling; knows how to fill a pipeline and can show a track record of solid results against goals/plan. - Experience selling to or managing all levels of relationships with corporate clients in the banking or finance industry preferred. - A passion for the activity needed to excel - making one more phone call, one more visit, etc. - Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building, and presentation skills. - Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills. - Knowledge of commercial payments and services, construction, or ERP software preferred. - The ability to travel extensively throughout the territory. Pay Transparency The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 (+ uncapped commissions), based on the candidate’s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process. Additional compensation and benefits, including incentive programs, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits (where applicable), may also be provided. Role Description The National Accounts Specialist reports to the Sales Director and is a key role within the organization, responsible for providing specialized support to National Accounts Coordinators and Sales Representatives in managing national accounts. The Specialist will assist with quoting, order management, issue resolution, and customer support for national accounts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications - High School Diploma, or equivalent military or practical experience. - 2 – 4 years of experience in the foodservice/hospitality/restaurant industry, with exposure to national accounts coordination or similar role. - Completion of CFSP Test within the first 3 years of employment; CFSP Certification preferred. - Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, manage logistics, and support national account activities effectively. - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with the ability to learn and utilize database and quoting software. - Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
