Job Description - This position is 100% Remote Duties: - Manage client risk, ensuring the highest margins on Swish products through +EV decisions - Manage and oversee depth chart accuracy, making time-sensitive adjustments in both prematch & in-play settings - Strategically research & track verified news sources, being the first to uncover important news and understand the overall impact on betting markets - Independently analyze betting trends in a scientific process, turning data into quantifiable trading actions Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of in-play experience at a sportsbook - Deep understanding of sports betting and odds origination - Passion and intimate knowledge of the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, and NCAA Basketball + Football - Strong mathematical, statistical, and/or analytical skills – ability to understand and calculate + convert odds on the fly - Results driven work ethic – focused on improving process, results and profitability - Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and/or holidays Preferred: - Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline - An understanding of relational database systems (MySQL) - Experience working with cross functional teams (Data Science teams a plus) Salary: $80,000 - DOE Swish Analytics is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Role Description The Tepa Companies are seeking a Payroll Analyst that strives for accuracy, to solve issues, and deliver solutions. This job evolves around current business needs to deliver problem-solving ideas when issues arise. - Prepare weekly and biweekly payroll including regular pay, bonus, terminations, and any other pay, while ensuring data is accurate and in compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines. - Responsible for understanding and staying up to date on Federal and State Regulations and being able to independently apply these rules per situation. - Triage issues as they come in, using discretion and independent judgment to prioritize break fixes, issue opinions etc. - Create and maintain a living payroll check-off list that will be used for payroll audit to mitigate errors and serve as an auditable backup document. - Audit payroll prior to closing and validating confirmed reports. - Understand proper taxation, including employer paid benefits, pretax and post-tax, research tax issues, and process tax corrections independently. - Prepare and process manual checks as needed, analyzing the nuances of each, and understanding how to apply the different rules. - Perform daily payroll department functions including but not limited to process and/or update garnishments, child support orders, employment verifications, vacation and sick time, and 401(k) deductions. - Have a strong understanding and up-to-date knowledge of the complexities of Garnishment orders to apply the caps/sequence/communication legally required. - Have a continuous working knowledge of the Timekeeping module to assist employees with payroll, timekeeping, vacation/sick time, and other questions. - Process termination checks in compliance with state laws, independently researching each situation to ensure accurate processing. - Stay current on payroll systems upgrades/changes to ensure effective support and alignment with Accounting and Human Resources. - Responsible for all payroll reconciliations and file uploads for each payroll. - Support and resolve labor compliance discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner to avoid penalties for payroll or reporting non-compliance. - Process documentation on a timely basis related to new hires, employee job changes, salary increases, terminations and other documentation related to payroll functions. - Knowledge of Prevailing Wage requirements to back up Davis Bacon Specialist role. - Train other team members as needed. Role Description The Finance Support Governance Manager leads the governance and oversight framework for Finance and Engagement Management support operations across Level 1 and Level 2 teams.
