Role Description As a Creative Designer, you'll play a key role in developing compelling visual content that brings brand identity to life while meeting client goals. You'll be part of an innovative team focused on delivering outstanding design experiences across digital, print, and AI-driven platforms. - Develop and refine brand-aligned visual concepts, ensuring cohesion across all platforms, including digital marketing assets, print collateral, and interfaces for AI-driven platforms. - Experience utilizing Figma. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Content) to translate creative briefs into impactful visual assets and user experiences. - Conduct trend research and ideation to infuse your work with fresh design perspectives and emerging technologies. - Manage the design process for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables meet high standards for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency, while staying on schedule. - Engage actively in feedback sessions and adapt designs based on input, fostering a culture of open and positive communication. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in a Creative Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing brand-focused work across various media. - Proven proficiency with Figma is mandatory. - Skilled in conceptualization, ideation, and modern web design, with a solid foundation in design principles (typography, color theory, layout, etc.). - Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong English communication skills (B2+) to effectively present design rationale and interact professionally with clients and team members. - Naturally curious and passionate about design innovation, especially concerning new technologies and continuous learning. - Experience designing assets that support digital marketing, social media, and web experiences. Technology Designer- Charlotte, NC This position provides technical and design services in support of technology design projects to produce construction drawings and specifications for our clients. The Technology Designer will be performing telecommunications and special systems DESIGN including structured cabling systems, electronic security systems, and audio-visual systems. This role can be hybrid or remote Responsibilities: - Participate in the design effort on large and small projects - Perform complex analysis, calculations, design, evaluation and inspection for telecommunications, audio/visual, and electronic security systems to support project needs. - Produce design documents (drawings, design narratives, and specifications) - Review shop drawings and submittals, answer RFI’s and perform site visits as needed during the construction phase. - Perform research to support project tasks and design choices - Prepare various reports and meeting minutes - Manage time and self under the supervision of a department manager - Ability to interact and work directly with Architects and Owners - Willingness to travel for projects nationally and internationally Qualifications and Experience: - BS in Engineering preferred, but not required - RCDD certification preferred, but ability and willingness to achieve RCDD is required - 5-plus years of experience in telecommunications and special systems DESIGN including structured cabling systems, electronic security systems, and audio-visual systems - Extensive knowledge of TIA standards - Experience in federal/municipal government, healthcare or aviation preferred but not required - Must be competent in Revit and AutoCAD - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam software - Must be able to work as part of a team and balance multiple projects - Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to complete work assignments - Must be able to travel to a project meeting, interface with clients, and speak confidently about telecommunications and special systems design. - Must be a US Citizen and have a valid driver’s license Compensation & Benefits The expected base salary range for this role is $80-100K USD per year.
