• Own and execute testing efforts for assigned features, products, or integrations • Ensure coverage of functional, exploratory, and regression testing needs • Collaborate with Technical Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to define testing scope, risks, and acceptance criteria for features and releases • Perform application and platform testing on in-house and third-party integrations based on regulatory and technical requirements • Design, implement, and maintain manual test cases and applicable automated tests • Lead investigation, reproduction, and analysis of complex defects • Clearly document issues with actionable detail, traceability, and context • Review, reproduce, and validate issues raised by external testing entities or partners • Proactively identify quality risks, gaps in coverage, or process inefficiencies and propose practical improvements • Mentor junior testers.

• Architect and implement AI-powered automation solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and Agentic Workflows. • Design autonomous and human-in-the-loop agent systems for planning, reasoning, and task execution. • Build multi-agent architectures integrating enterprise applications, APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and business processes. • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Browser Agents, and MCP-based or Skill based integrations. • Design scalable workflow orchestration solutions using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, and custom automation frameworks. • Integrate AI agents into operational and business workflows with reusable automation patterns and best practices. • Design scalable cloud-native and event-driven architectures for AI automation platforms. • Establish standards for security, reliability, maintainability, and operational excellence. • Collaborate across engineering and business teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. • Implement end-to-end monitoring, tracing, logging, and auditability for AI agents and automation workflows. • Drive performance optimization, cost management, incident analysis, and operational governance. • Ensure compliance, security, and responsible AI practices. • Build feedback loops and evaluation frameworks to improve agent performance and accuracy. • Optimize prompts, workflows, and decision-making using telemetry, analytics, and user feedback. • Drive continuous platform enhancement through measurement, experimentation, and automation.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, customer support, data, etc • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities • Work with Developers and Product Managers to develop a complete test plan for assigned projects • Manual testing • API testing • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved • Coordinate and participate in code deployment • Learn processes and systems between and within departments that rely on technology, and look for opportunities for improvement.

• Develop, maintain, and improve manual and automated test cases for NIRIS baselines. • Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and release testing. • Build, maintain, and refactor automated test scripts using frameworks such as Robot Framework, Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress. • Support test automation frameworks within the NATO Software Factory (Azure DevOps / GitLab CI/CD). • Perform interface and interoperability testing for tactical data links and external systems. • Prepare test data and support test-event preparation (e.g., CWIX, customer visits). • Log, track, retest, and verify defects using Jira / Zephyr or equivalent. • Produce and maintain test documentation: test plans, test cases, execution reports, regression reports, release readiness inputs. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives). • Provide test evidence, KPIs, and release recommendations to support acceptance and governance decisions. • Proactively identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and process improvements.
