Job Description
Test Engineer

• Own and execute testing efforts for assigned features, products, or integrations • Ensure coverage of functional, exploratory, and regression testing needs • Collaborate with Technical Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to define testing scope, risks, and acceptance criteria for features and releases • Perform application and platform testing on in-house and third-party integrations based on regulatory and technical requirements • Design, implement, and maintain manual test cases and applicable automated tests • Lead investigation, reproduction, and analysis of complex defects • Clearly document issues with actionable detail, traceability, and context • Review, reproduce, and validate issues raised by external testing entities or partners • Proactively identify quality risks, gaps in coverage, or process inefficiencies and propose practical improvements • Mentor junior testers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a closely related technical role
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect lifecycles, and quality best practices
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Experience designing, maintaining automated tests
- Experience troubleshooting all major consumer operating systems (iOS, Android, MacOS, Windows)
- Experience with testing and debugging web and mobile applications.
- Demonstrated ability to independently investigate issues, reason about system behavior, and assess risk
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in sports wagering and interactive casino gaming technology is a plus
- Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
- Occasional to semi-frequent travel for on-site field testing, with advance notice.
